There is nothing in life that satisfies me more than sharing my grandmother's recipe for Ghriba with all of you, so wash your hands very well and let's have fun
In a large container, place all the dry ingredients: previously mashed almonds, sesame seeds, yeast, flour, sugar and salt; and integrate everything very well, cover with kitchen plastic and take the dough to the refrigerator for an hour.
Melt the butter and add it to the oil, taking care that the result is liquid and warm.
After an hour, take the dough out of the fridge and roll it up a bit in order to remove the cold a bit and add the liquid obtained from the butter and oil, knead until everything is integrated.
Next, weigh the dough and divide it into portions of 20 to 30 grams or the size you want your cookies.
Grease a tray or place parchment paper and place the balls, slightly flattened, keeping a centimeter between each one. Bake at a temperature of 180° for approximately 15 minutes or until you notice that they have turned a little golden on their upper layer.
Allow it to cool down and before serving, sprinkle the cinnamon and the snack is ready.
